Embedded Software Engineer C/C++ x2 - Near Mansfield

Commutable from Mansfield, Nottingham, Chesterfield, Sheffield, Worksop.

This highly successful, leading designer and manufacturer of quality Audio and Visual Information and Communication Systems for the Transportation markets are seeking a number of C/C++ Software Engineers, C++ Software Developers with experience in an Embedded Software Development environment, and ideally some C++ experience.

As an Embedded Software Engineer, C/C++ Software Engineer, you will have a few years of Software Engineering design experience ideally within a relevant engineering or electronics business, using best practice design methods. You will ideally have an appreciation of safety critical software or rigorous Quality Standards for electronics systems though this is not a requirement.

As an experienced C/C++ Software Engineer, you should have experience of product engineering, preferably full product design life cycles and exposure to C/C++, Microsoft Visual Studio, Embedded Environments, ARM, STM32, Linux, RTOS, USB, Ethernet, Video and  Audio technologies.

The C/C++ Software Design Engineers will work on a range of innovative Product Developments for Integrated Display Communication Systems, Electronics Systems ‘On-Time’, Safety, and to the correct specification and quality standards, delivering cost efficient Software Engineering Designs in line with budget and to ensure best practice Software engineering standards are adopted.
